Getting married in Ravello | Restaurant | Da Salvatore | welcome to our traditions
It is located in the historic center of Ravello, close to the main square, just a few meters from Villa Rufolo, overlooking the sea. On a clear day, the line of sight managed to reach the opposite bank and Punta Limosa. The structure has a panoramic balcony room (accommodating 80 seats), which has been recently renovated and is on the same level as the panoramic terrace (accommodating 40 seats). The panoramic terrace has a traditional straw roof and a traditional chestnut pergola. Separate terraces on different floors can also enjoy panoramic sea views. In the past 50 years, the management of this structure has not changed. The family management was first carried out by Salvatore and Santina and their children Pino, Alessandro, Cesare and Luca. Our dishes are associated with the local area and are known for using local products, such as cho fish sauce, cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius, and burrata to maintain the culinary tradition left by our parents

In some cases, chef Luca's uncontrollable inspiration and imagination allowed us to taste new products of this type: La carbonara di mare, a molecular gnocchi of pumpkin and potatoes, which made us enthusiastic about cooking technology. Moving forward, but it brings us back to the era of advancing with the times. The flavor and feeling that each dish leaves us is personalized through our love for the work we do. We only serve our customers, from bread to appetizers, desserts, cold cuts, vegetable jams, everything we can provide can keep our parents’ culinary traditions.

Review: We came here twice during our Ravello stay and sampled some of the finest stone baked pizzas there is to offer in Italy. The restaurant Salavtore is built into the rock face and the pizzeria to the right of the restaurant overlooks the entire coast of Minori as well as the distant mountains of the Amalfi Coast.Service was quick, the food was exemplary ,When we come back to Ravello, which we will, we look forward to visiting Salvatore ristorante again.
