Its location makes it an unique place in Ravello: it is situated just by the old town center at few meters from Piazza Duomo, bars, restaurants and the bus station. For those who arrive with their own car La residEnza offers a free private parking place. It is possible to make a reservation for one of the villa (maximum 5 people) for a period of time not less than a week, giving yourself a break plunged in a peaceful and green oasis or make a reservation for both villas for group of people (maximum 10 persons).

Villa 1 (maximum 5 people) has two bedrooms furnished with double beds, a living room furnished with TV station and a sofa single bed. There are two large bathrooms with shower tray offering all comfort for everybody. The kitchen corner is situated in a large dining room with balcony. It is possible to eat inside or outside in the garden, it is also possible have a rest in the Patio at the shadow of the Lemon Tree garden for most part of the day.
